In Composure Under Pressure, you’ll learn how to work with your nervous system, not against it, so you can stay steady, clear, and intentional when the pressure is on. Blending neuroscience, sport psychology, and yoga, we’ll reframe emotions as data and discuss practical tools to regulate your internal state, so you can do your thing without crashing out. This is for anyone who competes, performs, or simply navigates intense moments in everyday life.

In this workshop, we’ll cover:

  • The difference between reacting and responding – and how to train the gap

  • Simple, effective tools to regulate your nervous system in real time (breath, attention, and body-based strategies)
