A note from me:
I created this space to bring together science, strategy, and embodied practice to help athletes and high performers train the mind with intention.
After launching The Lab and beginning this work, I’ve made the decision to pause because continuing in this monthly format isn’t sustainable for me right now.
We often think of discipline as following through no matter what. But in high performance, discernment – and knowing when to adjust – is equally important. It’s taken me a while to learn this.
While the workshops have been effective and the conversations meaningful, the monthly cadence isn’t the best fit for me this season.
Thanks for your interest in The Neurosweat Lab. When it resumes, it will be in a way that better supports both the depth of the work and the energy required to deliver it. Cheers!
