Beyond Goal Setting: A Brain-Based Framework for Sustainable Progress is a 1-hour workshop designed for athletes and high performers who are ready to move beyond rigid goal setting and into a more sustainable, neuroscience-backed approach to growth.
Rather than treating goals as endpoints, we’ll explore how goals actually work in the brain—and how aligning your goals with your values, nervous system, and habits leads to greater consistency, motivation, and fulfillment. Blending neuroscience, mental skills training, and yoga philosophy, this workshop will help you clarify where you’re going and build the internal conditions to actually get there.
In this workshop, you will:
Use mental imagery to envision your future and connect with the emotions you want your dream to cultivate
Learn how the brain’s executive and motivational systems work together to support goal pursuit
Understand the difference between outcome, performance, and process goals and where to focus for consistent progress
